Taking guidance from our global organisation, the World Health Organisation and the National Department of Health, adidas South Africa has taken the following precautionary measures to reduce the risk of virus transmission:

‐ All drivers will sanitise their hands before and after making deliveries, and have been trained on social distancing.

‐ We have implemented temperature testing of warehouse and delivery partners, and our delivery partners will soon be wearing face masks and gloves.

‐ Our delivery partners will keep a safe distance from customers and not make any physical contact.

‐ Our deliveries are contactless which means our customers won’t need to sign any paperwork

‐ Our preferred payment methods are also contactless i.e. credit card and chipped debit or cheque card payments, in order to reduce the transferal of cash.
